What is MASS?
Managed Agentic Security Services. An AI agent, Fency, does the continuous security work beside every user in the browser: it protects, coaches, tests and reports. You, the partner, supervise it for each client and own the relationship.

No. You deploy the extension, for example through each client's Google Workspace or Microsoft Intune, and activate the users. Once installed, Fency introduces itself to each person and guides them through their first steps.
Who decides when a phishing test goes out?
You do. Fency builds each campaign around the client's real habits and threats, and nothing is sent until you approve it.
What does my team need to deliver the service?
Admin access to each client's Google Workspace or Microsoft Intune to deploy the extension, and a one-time allowlisting so test emails reach users. Fency handles the email infrastructure, domains and tracking.
